Vegas Has a New Comedy Club at Ahern Hotel on Sahara
Las Vegas, NV, USA – September 8, 2023 – The AHERN Live COMEDY Showroom is Las Vegas’ best new Comedy Club show! Located just off THE STRIP at 300 W. Sahara Ave.
The official GRAND OPENING is Friday SEP 8th, 2023, with opening weekend celebrations continuing until Saturday Night, SEP 9th. The Grand-Opening weekend headliner will be the EMMY AWARD winning, JIMMIE “J.J.” WALKER, best known for his starring role in the hit TV sitcom “Good Times,” and is still frequently seen on TV as a spokesperson for people of a certain age…Dyn-0-Mite!
The show has a “Trip Joker” concept presenting 3 acts in each show. Opening Weekend Featured Act will be Comic, Speaker and Author, LINDA LOU. The Headliners change each and every weekend with Kathleen Dunbar, Rondell Sheridan and BOBBY SLAYTON on deck. Price of show tickets vary from 24.99 – 49.99, depending on the headliner. A 2 DRINK Minimum applies, nightly. Full Menu, drink specials and FREE sheltered PARKING are always available at AHERN.
The HOST (every Friday & Saturday nite) is LORENZO CLARK, a headliner Comedian who hails from Hollywood and the beaches of So-Cal. Formerly the youngest member of the Board of Directors at the World Famous MAGIC CASTLE, Lorenzo is equally at ease telling jokes, as he is, doing card tricks! A contemporary of the late, Amazing Jonathan and Mac King; CLARK is a pioneer in the field of “COMEDY MAGIC,” having appeared on HBO, Comedy Central and most recently, The CW’s MASTERS OF ILLUSION.
CLARK describes the “Triple Joker” concept as; “Sophisticated Comedy with a dash of Slapstick and a Twist of Magic.” Impresario RYAN AHERN, who produces the show, is bringing the best of an “Old Vegas” Cabaret Lounge with a Modern-Hip Comedy Club experience that proudly presents the BEST of Stand-up, Music, Magic and some Circus, too. The result is the AHERN Live COMEDY Showroom.
Every Friday and Saturday nite with doors opening at 7pm, Show at 8pm and Karaoke Party at 9:30pm, following the Comedy Show. Come for dinner, laugh yourself silly, then stay for the party and sing the night away…Vegas Style!
