To obtain a visitor visa for the United States (also known as a B-1/B-2 visa), you need to go through a specific application process. Here are the general steps to apply for a U.S. visitor visa:

1. Determine the Type of Visa You Need:

• B-2 Visa: For tourism, vacation, visiting family or friends, or seeking medical treatment.
2. Complete the Online Visa Application:
• Visit the U.S. Department of State’s Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) website.
• Fill out the DS-160 form, which is the Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application. Be sure to upload a suitable passport-sized photo.
3. Pay the Visa Application Fee:
• After submitting the DS-160 form, you’ll need to pay the non-refundable visa application fee. The fee amount may vary depending on your nationality and visa type.
4. Schedule a Visa Interview:
• Create an account on the U.S. Visa Information and Appointment Services website.
• Complete the appointment booking process and schedule a visa interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your home country.
5. Gather Required Documents:
• Typically, you’ll need to provide:
• A valid passport.
• DS-160 confirmation receipt.
• Visa application fee receipt.
• Passport-sized photo.
• Any previous passports showing travel history.
• Supporting documents (such as an invitation letter if visiting family or friends, or business-related documents for a B-1 visa).
6. Attend the Visa Interview:
• On the scheduled date, appear at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate for your visa interview.
• Be prepared to answer questions about the purpose of your visit, ties to your home country, and other relevant details.
7. Biometrics and Fingerprinting (if required):
• Some applicants may be required to provide biometrics (fingerprints and photographs) during the visa application process.
8. Wait for Visa Approval:

URGENT VISA ONLINE AMERICA

If you have an urgent need to travel to the United States and require a visa, it’s important to follow the standard visa application process as outlined in my previous response. However, you can take a few steps to expedite your visa application:

1. Schedule a Visa Interview Quickly: When scheduling your visa interview, try to choose the earliest available appointment date. Some U.S. embassies and consulates offer expedited appointments for urgent situations, so check if this option is available.
2. Request Expedited Processing (if available): Some U.S. embassies and consulates may offer expedited processing for visa applications in cases of genuine emergencies, such as a serious illness or death in the family. Contact the embassy or consulate where you will have your interview to inquire about expedited processing options and the specific requirements for your situation.
3. Prepare Your Documents in Advance: Make sure you have all required documents and information ready when you apply and attend your interview. This includes completing the DS-160 form accurately and uploading a suitable photo.
4. Be Clear About Your Purpose: During the interview, be concise and clear about the reason for your trip, your ties to your home country, and the urgency of your situation, if applicable.
5. Consider Premium Services (if available): Some U.S. embassies and consulates offer premium or expedited services for visa processing, which may include faster application processing and shorter wait times for interviews. These services often come at an additional cost.
6. Check for Special Programs: Certain visa categories and programs, such as the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA), are designed for short-term visits and may have faster processing times.  

US VISA FOR LECHTENSTEIN CITIZENS

ESTA was introduced in 2009 to process the data of visitors entering the United States on the visa waiver program (VWP). An approved ESTA permits Liechtenstein citizens to visit the United States for tourism, business, transit, medical, or brief study purposes for up to 90 days per visit. As part of the Visa Waiver Program, Liechtenstein citizens can apply for an ESTA, which stands for Electronic System for Travel Authorization. If you intend to stay in the United States for more than 90 days, you must apply for a B1 business visa or B2 tourist visa. Liechtenstein citizens can use an approved ESTA for multiple visits to the United States. An approved ESTA lasts two years or until the expiry date of your passport. If your ESTA expires, you will need to apply for a new permit. When traveling to the United States, the traveler must ensure that the passport is valid for at least three months after the intended date of departure.

Requirements of America Visa for Liechtenstein citizens

• A valid travel document or passport in order to apply for ESTA America Visa.

US VISA FOR LITHUANIAN CITIZENS

Traveling to the United States should be a little easier than other destinations due to current rules and regulations. ESTA was established in 2009 to process the data of visitors entering the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). Under the Visa Waiver Program, Lithuanian citizens can apply for an ESTA, which stands for Electronic System for Travel Authorization. An approved ESTA allows Lithuanian citizens to visit the United States for tourism, business, transit, medical, or short study purposes for up to 90 days per visit. If you plan to stay in the United States longer than 90 days, you must apply for a B1 business visa or a B2 tourist visa. Lithuanian citizens can use one approved ESTA for multiple visits to the United States. An approved ESTA is valid for two years or until your passport expires. If your ESTA expires, you will need to apply for a new authorization. Lithuanian citizens wishing to apply for ESTA must meet the required ESTA requirements.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CITIZENS OF LITHUANIAN

• Passport – applicants need to have a passport which remains valid for at least another 6 months.
• A passport scan – we only need the information page of your passport. Make sure to have a passport with at least 6-month validity in the planned date of entry.
• An electronic photograph of you – in order to finish your application, our visa specialists will require a digital photo of all applicants.
• Email address – Your visa will be sent to you via email, so make certain that you introduce a valid email address you have access to.
• Means of payment – You can use multiple procedures of payment such as credit/debit cards or PayPal.

US VISA FOR LUXEMBOURG CITIZENS

As part of the Visa Waiver Program, Luxembourg citizens can apply for an ESTA, which stands for Electronic System for Travel Authorization. ESTA was established in 2009 to process data from visitors entering the US through the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). The information is used to determine if a visitor poses a security or immigration risk to the United States. With an approved ESTA, Luxembourg nationals can travel to the United States for up to 90 days for tourist, business, transit, medical, or short-term research purposes. Tourists must confirm that their passport is valid for at least three months beyond their desired departure date before flying to the United States. If you intend to stay in the United States for longer than 90 days, you must apply for a B1 business visa or a B2 tourist visa. Luxembourg nationals can travel to the United States several times with a granted ESTA. An approved ESTA is valid for two years or until your passport expires. If your ESTA expires, you will need to apply for a new permit. Luxembourg citizens wishing to apply for ESTA must meet the required ESTA requirements.
