GURGAON, INDIA – Theatre For a Cause (TFAC), a renowned NGO committed to combining entertainment with social responsibility, successfully conducted its captivating theatrical production, “Pride and Prejudice Revisited,” on October 7th and 8th, 2023, at the Apparel House Epicentre in Gurgaon. This remarkable event aimed to raise funds for Mitti Cafe, a distinguished non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with physical, intellectual, and psychiatric disabilities.

The event in Gurgaon was a resounding success, with a packed audience enjoying an evening of outstanding theater while contributing to a noble cause. Vandana Munjal, one of the core members of TFAC, expressed her elation at being part of this inspiring initiative, saying, “As one of the founding members of Theatre for a Cause (TFAC) and an actor and producer of the show, I am personally elated to be a part of this inspiring initiative. This musical, “Pride and Prejudice Revisited,” has been a labor of love for our team of 30-plus exceptionally talented individuals who have dedicated months of hard work to bring this extraordinary production to life. Our collaboration with Mitti Cafe holds special significance, as we not only seek to raise funds but also to shed light on the remarkable work this organization does for the empowerment and livelihoods of people with disabilities. Mitti Cafe’s exceptional work has been recognized through numerous awards and achievements, including the United Nations Intercultural Innovation Award, Commonwealth Youth Icon Award, Forbes 30 Under 30, and many more. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mitti Cafe served over 2 million meals to underserved and homeless communities, showcasing their commitment to making a difference.

Now, TFAC and Mitti Cafe are thrilled to extend an invitation to the upcoming “Pride and Prejudice Revisited” event in Delhi, scheduled for October 12th and 13th, 2023, at Sriram Centre, Mandi House. Delhi audiences can look forward to a spellbinding theatrical experience while supporting Mitti Cafe’s impactful initiatives.
