NEW ZEALAND VISA FROM MALAYSIA

Starting from October 1, 2019, Japanese tourists heading to New Zealand will need to acquire an NZeTA. New Zealand has established visa exemption agreements with 190 countries, including Japan. Before their journey, all individuals exempted from visas, including transit passengers and airline and cruise ship employees, must complete an application for a New Zealand eTA. In July 2019, the New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) introduced a program allowing visa-free travel. Individuals traveling to Japan for leisure, business, or transportation purposes are obligated to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization. If you possess a Japanese passport and intend to visit New Zealand for a maximum of 90 days, it is compulsory to apply for an NZeTA online. However, if you plan to stay for a longer duration, you must apply for a visa. The New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority caters to international visitors who are in the country on holiday or for business meetings or other events. All you need is a valid passport and visa, and the country is ready to take you. Visa-free access is permitted for tourism purposes and business activities. The NZeTA is electronically linked to the holder’s passport. The NZeTA allows Malaysian citizens to travel to New Zealand without a visa. Malaysian citizens wishing to stay in New Zealand for more than 3 months or for other travel purposes require a visa. The online NZeTA application process is quick and easy. The application process only takes a few minutes and can be done from home.

WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO APPLY?

  • A current passport that is valid for at least six months upon arrival.
  • A valid email address, to receive the NZeTA in their Inbox.
  • Arrival and departure dates.
  • You can use a Credit/Debit Card or PayPal Account to pay for the New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NzeTA),

NEW ZEALAND VISA FROM NORWAY

Visitors from Norway must have a NZeTA, or electronic visa waiver, in order to enter New Zealand. This requirement also applies to nationals of 190 visa-free countries, including Norwegian passport holders. The New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) scheme went into effect in July 2019. Furthermore, the Visa Waiver Scheme, which was implemented in 2019 for Norwegian nationals and New Zealanders traveling to other countries, allows Norwegian passport holders to enter New Zealand for a period of 90 days without the need for a New Zealand visa from Norway. This scheme allows eligible individuals to visit New Zealand for leisure, business, or transit purposes without the need to apply for a visa at an embassy. Norwegian passport holders can easily obtain a valid New Zealand eTA before entering the country. The NZeTA grants multiple entry to holders up to 90 consecutive days each within its 2-year validity provided the passport used on the application form is still valid. Because the travel authorization is an electronic document, Norwegians can apply for an NZeTA online, eliminating the need to visit an embassy or consulate.

Before visiting New Zealand, all qualified visitors must apply for the eTA visa waiver. Citizens of 190 visa-free nations, including those with Swiss passports, must obtain a visa waiver to enter the country. Visa-exempt travelers, including Swiss citizens, have been required to obtain a New Zealand eTA since 2019. The New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) launched a visa-free travel service in July 2019. Traveling to New Zealand has become easier for Swiss citizens now that the NZeTA, a digital travel authorization that can be obtained online, is available. The New Zealand eTA is valid for two years and allows for multiple entries with a maximum stay of 90 days. There is no need to print the eTA because it is already electronically tied to the applicant’s passport. Swiss citizens who desire to stay in New Zealand for more than three months or for other reasons must obtain a visa. Applicants only have to pay the IVL once during this period. It allows eligible citizens to travel to New Zealand for tourism, business or transit purposes without having to worry about presenting visa documentation at an embassy. Swiss citizens can now travel to New Zealand with NZeTA, an electronic travel authorization that you can easily obtain online from your smartphone or PC. Completing the NZeTA Visa Waiver Application takes about 10 minutes.

NEW ZEALAND VISA FOR AUSTRIAN CITIZENS

Citizens hailing from 190 countries are exempted from the visa requirement when traveling to New Zealand. However, they must apply for a New Zealand ETA. The New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) program was introduced in July 2019, allowing eligible individuals to visit New Zealand for tourism, business, or transit reasons without the hassle of going through the visa application process at an embassy. The New Zealand ETA remains valid for two years and permits multiple short-term stays. In order to obtain an approved New Zealand ETA via email, applicants are also required to pay a processing fee known as the International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL). Those who intend to stay in New Zealand for an extended period of time for work or study purposes should seek additional information from the nearest New Zealand Embassy or Consulate. Because the eTA is electronically linked to a specific passport, travellers with multiple passports should use the same passport that they used to complete the eTA application to go to New Zealand. The good news is that applying for an ETA is simple and can be completed online in a matter of minutes.
