This edition of We.Connect interviews Joey, a graduate from the class of 2019 at Wellington College International Shanghai. Joey has been returning to her alma mater every year with her classmates to participate in alumni reunions and engage in various activities. During this summer’s gathering, Joey shared some exciting news with us. After completing her studies at University College London, she secured an offer from Cambridge to pursue her master’s degree.

Graduates from Wellington College International Shanghai and any other sister schools within the Wellington College China Community are called ‘Old Wellingtonians’ because, as members of the Wellington College China Community, they never really leave this family. Once a Wellingtonian, always a Wellingtonian. And it is in this spirit that We.Connect has been launched, a new alumni platform that brings the Wellington College China Community a wide range of benefits – from networking opportunities to mentorship programmes and so much more.

The launch of We.Connect is an exciting new step for Wellington College China. It will empower the pupils in the Wellington community with the resources they need to build a successful and fulfilling future. It will be a vibrant community of like-minded individuals who support and mentor each other. Most importantly, it will provide fertile soil where lifelong connections can flourish.
